We currently collect and process the following information:

· Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics for example, name and contact details, email addresses and phone numbers, financial information where you place an order with us online, and any information that you share with us online, via our website or via social media, email, in writing, or over the telephone. 

· We also collect and process information you share with us in your session over the internet or in person.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

· To provide you with information you have requested from us.

· To book your session via our online calendar and booking app.

· To collect and process your payment for the service you are engaging us to supply.

· To assess and deliver the correct service to you.

· Any personal information you share with us during your session is kept confidential.

We use the information that you have given us in order

· To deliver the service to you that you have requested.

We may share your information with 3rd parties for booking sessions through the automated calendar, for sending email reminders of your sessions and confirmations of payment, for processing payments and contacting you about services which you consent to receive information about. We will also email you if you choose to subscribe to our newsletter.

We may share your personal information with your doctor with your permission, or with your doctor if you are in danger.

We have a contractual obligation to process your data for payments. We have a contractual obligation to process your data to fulfill a service that you have contracted us to provide.

We have a vital interest and a legitimate interest in collecting and processing your data in order to deliver the service which you have requested us to provide for you. We process your data to ensure we provide the correct service in relation to the details and information you choose to share with us. We keep this information confidential.

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored in a secure data folder. 

We keep your personal information and any information pertaining to you that you choose to share with us for 2 years. We will then dispose your information by deleting your data and personal information from our database and records.

Personal Data 

What data I collect and what it is used for: 

Name and age – basic information that helps me to get to know you. 

Address, email, phone number – I use this to contact you regarding your sessions.  

Emergency contact person/ GP’s details – If I were worried that you were at risk, then I may need to contact your designated contact person or your GP. I would let you know when/if I were going to do this. 

Session notes – I keep brief anonymous notes of our session(s), if appropriate to assist me in conducting your sessions in a professional and diligent manner and to provide you with correct and appropriate follow-ups. 

How your data may be shared: 

It is very unlikely that I will share your data. I will not sell it on or use it for unethical reasons. I may have to share it if my notes are required by court for legal purposes, if you or anyone you tell me about is at harm or risk of harm I may have to pass this information on. I also have regular Supervision where I talk about my work but I do not use your name. 

How your data is stored: 

Notes are mainly stored as hard copy in a locked filing cabinet. Immediately after our work together is completed, I transfer any data with your initials to my password protected computer. Your phone numbers may be kept in my business mobile phone with your first name and last initial. Only I access your information. 

Storing and deleting your information: 

I will keep session notes with your initials for up to 2 years. 

I will shred this and any other document with your personal information 1 year after our work is completed. I will delete your telephone number from my mobile phone 1 month after our work is completed.
